1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BitMatka ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use BitMatka. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that online betting is legal in your jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• One account per person. Multiple accounts may be terminated.

4. Provably Fair System

BitMatka results are derived from Bitcoin block hashes, which are publicly verifiable on the Bitcoin blockchain. The outcome derivation process is transparent and described on the main page of the Service.

5. Betting & Funds

• All bets are placed in Bitcoin (satoshis).
• Bets are final once submitted and accepted by the system.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance after the corresponding Bitcoin block is mined.
• BitMatka reserves the right to void bets placed in error or in violation of these Terms.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposits require on-chain Bitcoin confirmations before being credited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed as soon as practically possible.
• BitMatka is not responsible for delays caused by Bitcoin network congestion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for money laundering or any illegal activity.
• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, or manipulate the system.
• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Service.
• Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions or referral systems.

8. Limitation of Liability

BitMatka is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses from betting, network issues, or unauthorized account access.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
